Macánta Folate gives you 400µg of Methylfolate per capsule.
Folate helps the body to form healthy red blood cells and is also thought to reduce the risk of birth defects called neural tube defects in unborn babies, such as spina bifida.* If you’re pregnant or could get pregnant, it’s recommended that you take folic acid supplements.
Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status.
Take 1 capsule daily.
