How it works

How to use
ADULTS 16+ yrs: Take ONE capsule TWICE a day with food. Adult use only, not suitable for use under 16 years. We recommend taking ONE capsule after breakfast and ONE capsule after evening meal in conjunction with a a healthy and balanced diet. All of our capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed with food or drink, such as a yogurt or smoothie, to consume if required. Clinical testing has shown that Metabolic Gold is safe to use alongside prescribed medication like statins. Caution: we don’t advise the use of this supplement during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
